The plan aims to curb depopulation by expanding digital and tele‑medicine services, deploying AI‑driven smart health systems, and promoting sustainable tourism and agro‑food production. In the same session the council approved provincial health‑authority budgets, allocated €6 million for storm‑damaged municipalities, introduced a certification regime for “Palestre della Salute,” and set aside €4 million for medical‑specialisation contracts within a broader €187 million regional programme for education, training and health services.
