Child drowning incident in Dąbie Kujawskie

Overview

A six-year-old boy died in Dąbie Kujawskie after drowning in a water reservoir at the Zajazd Piłsudskiego restaurant complex. The child reportedly wandered away from a family event unnoticed and was found unconscious at approximately 6:00 PM on September 26, 2026. Despite resuscitation efforts by paramedics and a medical helicopter, the child could not be saved.
