Clever Media Group acquisition of Doğan Media International

Overview

Clever Media Group, owner of Prima TV, entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Doğan Media International S.A. through Romanian Content Project SRL. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and requires regulatory approval from the Competition Council and the National Audiovisual Council (CNA). Until the process is finalized, Doğan Media International will continue its operations and branding without interruption.
