Cody Rhodes professional activities

Overview

WWE wrestler Cody Rhodes continues to expand his professional presence through film and social media. In the upcoming ‘Street Fighter’ film adaptation, Rhodes portrays the character Guile, while his colleague Roman Reigns plays Akuma. Recent promotional content has seen the two wrestlers engaging with the film’s universe through themed commentary. During an interview, Rhodes compared WWE talent to film characters, suggesting Chad Gable would excel in a ‘World Warrior tournament’ and noting that Jacob Fatu’s style resembles Blanka.

In a related promotional video, Roman Reigns discussed which characters he would invite to sit at his ‘Head of the Table,’ selecting Chun-Li, Ken, and Dhalsim. He notably excluded Ryu and snubbed Rhodes’ character, Guile, in a nod to their professional wrestling rivalry.

Rhodes’ professional activities also include ongoing interactions with Danhausen, a former AEW performer who debuted at Elimination Chamber 2026. Danhausen recently engaged with fans by posting a photo with Rhodes, jokingly calling them the ‘WWE universal tag team champions of the WWE universe.’ At a WWE live event, Danhausen performed a Cody Rhodes cosplay to sing a belated birthday song for the superstar, an appearance that also featured CM Punk.
