ColornoPhotoLife photography festival in Italy
Overview
The 17th edition of the ColornoPhotoLife festival in Colorno, Italy, is centered on the theme ‘L’infinito viaggiare, geografie dell’alterità’. The event features various exhibition projects, workshops, and masterclasses hosted at locations such as the Aranciaia and the Reggia di Colorno.
A primary highlight of the festival is the ‘Mosaico Europa’ exhibition by photographer Monika Bulaj. Supported by Fujifilm Italia and curated by Ascanio Kurkumelis, the exhibition showcases large-format photographs exploring sacred practices and religious rituals among minority communities across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Following its scheduled start in late September, the festival has successfully launched its inaugural weekend, seeing high attendance for guided tours and portfolio sessions involving more than 100 authors. The event is organized by the Color’s Light Photographic Group and is set to run through November 8, 2026.
