The victim’s family has provided emotional testimony, describing the mother as having exhibited “highly unusual and mystical behavior” following the event.

In a separate incident in Córdoba, a 2-year-old boy discovered 71 wraps of cocaine inside a purse while playing at a childcare center. The boy’s mother was arrested after returning to the facility to reclaim the bag; she reportedly claimed the drug sales were intended to support her children. The Fuerza Policial Antinarcotráfico (FPA) is investigating the origin of the drugs.
