Other notable performers include Fulnek, which produced the least waste in the over 5,000 inhabitant category at 102.3 kg per person. Kostelec nad Orlicí achieved a 16 percent year-on-year reduction through adjusted collection frequencies, while Stéblová recorded the lowest amount among smaller municipalities at 42.9 kg per person. The awards highlight towns and villages that produce less than 150 kilograms of mixed municipal waste per inhabitant annually.
