In Prague, the studio Chybík + Krištof won the competition to redesign the area around the Nádraží Holešovice station. In Trutnov, the city selected a design by Neuvirt Novotná architekti for the 9.6-hectare Nový Křižík site. This plan aims to transform an industrial zone into a multifunctional district containing over 300 residential units, a new municipal library, and shops. The development will also include accessible riverfront areas along the Úpa river and an integrated bus station with underground parking.
