Danish university AI integration initiatives

Danish academic institutions are implementing large-scale artificial intelligence initiatives to integrate AI into research, teaching, and administration.

The University of Copenhagen launched a three-year, 110 million DKK project titled ‘AI on KU – KU with AI’ to address the ethical dilemmas and opportunities presented by AI. Designed for use across Denmark’s eight universities, the platform allows researchers to utilize AI with their own data while maintaining intellectual property rights and data control. Future plans include expanding access to businesses and other organizations.
