DAZN expansion in the United States market
Overview
DAZN Group has undertaken a series of acquisitions to expand its sports streaming and distribution footprint in the United States.
In August 2026, DAZN completed the acquisition of ViewLift, a company providing digital and streaming solutions for sports content owners. ViewLift, which serves 17 professional sports teams and six Regional Sports Networks, began operating as an autonomous business unit within DAZN to bolster its position in the U.S. regional sports market.
Shortly thereafter, DAZN acquired EverPass Media, a specialist in distributing live sports to commercial venues such as hotels, bars, and restaurants. EverPass, which holds exclusive commercial distribution rights to the NFL’s Sunday Ticket package, is being rebranded as ‘DAZN for Business’. As part of this transaction, RedBird Capital Partners, 32 Equity, and TKO Group became shareholders in DAZN. This move aims to integrate DAZN’s consumer streaming services with the hospitality sector.
