Favi’s career spanned over fifty years, beginning in Chiaravalle in the mid-1960s with the opening of her boutique, Chic Mode. She expanded her influence by traveling to Paris to monitor trends and established a collaboration with Trussardi in 1979. In 1982, she opened a retail location in Ancona, which held exclusive rights for international brands such as Gucci and Dior.

In 2023, the Municipality of Chiaravalle awarded her the ‘Encomio Solenne’ for her role in bringing international attention to the local area. Her family business in Ancona is currently managed by her son, Toni.
