Death of French producer Kavinsky

Overview

French electronic music producer Vincent Belorgey, known professionally as Kavinsky, died unexpectedly in July 2024 at the age of 50. He was widely recognized for his 2011 synth-pop track ‘Nightcall’, which gained international fame after appearing in the film Drive.

Following his death, a funeral service was held on August 12 at the Saint-Pierre-de-Montmartre church in Paris.
