Amber Eggers, a reality television personality known for her roles on WE tv’s ‘Love After Lockup’ and ‘Life After Lockup’, died at age 41 on September 3 at a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
Her mother, Monica Eggers, confirmed the cause of death was acute liver failure following a sudden health crisis in which Eggers’ heart stopped. In the period leading up to her death, Eggers had experienced several significant health issues, including a stroke in August, as well as previous hospitalizations for severe pneumonia and a bacterial blood infection.
Eggers first appeared on television in 2019 following a four-year prison sentence for drug trafficking. She is one of several cast members from the ‘Love After Lockup’ franchise to have passed away.
