Death of Victoria Maria Ionescu in Romania

Overview

Victoria Maria Ionescu, the 22-year-old daughter of former Romanian senator Cazimir Ionescu, was found dead in the Mușătești municipality of Argeș County. She was discovered on the stairs of a residence where she had been staying with friends.

Preliminary investigations indicate the cause of death was suicide.
