Delta Air Lines Pacific route expansion

In late July 2026 Delta Air Lines announced that it will begin a nonstop Los Angeles‑Manila service on 28 March 2027, initially offering three weekly flights and expanding to daily operations by 7 June 2027. A few weeks later, in early August 2026, Delta revealed a second Pacific addition: a daily nonstop Seattle‑Tokyo Narita flight slated for late March 2027. Operated with an Airbus A330‑900neo, the service restores Delta’s Narita link after a seven‑year hiatus and creates a second daily Seattle‑Tokyo connection alongside its existing Seattle‑Haneda flights. The move is aimed at capturing more trans‑Pacific traffic and strengthening Delta’s competitive position against other carriers serving the Tokyo market.
