Following these warnings, Disney posted a job listing for a Director of AI Enablement and Legal Engineering. The role involves designing end-to-end AI solutions and building document pipelines for contract and regulatory review. While the company has not explicitly stated that AI will replace specific personnel, the hiring follows the appointment of Karandeep Anand, the former head of Character.AI, as Disney’s first Chief Technology Officer.
