As the celebrations continued, the conflict expanded to include allegations regarding resource provision. Bharadwaj described the situation as “unbelievable” and “shameless,” accusing the Delhi Government of failing to provide necessary water arrangements for the traditional Visarjan (idol immersion) ceremony. The Deputy Commissioner of Police for South Delhi has rejected allegations of police interference.
