Following this, in early October, the district held a series of events focused on revitalizing commercial districts in Hwigyeong-dong and Janganmasil. The ‘Hwina-ri’ event in Hwigyeong-dong featured busking and incentives such as free draft beer to encourage consumer spending. Simultaneously, the 2nd Janganmasil Night Walk Festival took place in the Janganmasil alleyway shopping district, featuring a night market, singing contests, and craft programs supported by a Seoul Metropolitan Government project.
