Duri Station escalator malfunction and repairs

Overview

On October 3, 2026, a mechanical malfunction occurred at Duri Station in West Jakarta when an escalator leading to platform 5 reversed direction. The incident resulted in minor injuries to 12 passengers, including 10 adults and two children.
