Egypt professional training and career development

Overview

Egypt has introduced several new professional training and career development initiatives. In late October 2026, the Health Sciences Syndicate announced new career paths in occupational safety, health, and work environment security for applied health sciences graduates. This follows a Ministry of Labor decree and aims to expand employment opportunities through specialized training programs.

In November 2026, the Ministry of Social Solidarity, in partnership with Ain Shams University, launched a professional diploma program for psychological counseling and support for children and adolescents. The program includes field training at Ministry centers and provided 30 scholarships to social care institution employees to enhance mental health service capabilities.
