EKPA E-Learning 25th anniversary

Overview

The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) E-Learning program is celebrating 25 years of operation. The program focuses on lifelong learning to address a global ‘skills revolution’ caused by automation, technological advancements, and artificial intelligence.

Scientific director Professor Emeritus Panagiotis Petrakis noted that investing in future skills is an essential necessity for educational organizations to enhance employability, promote inclusion, and close labor market gaps. Throughout its history, the program has provided over 700 distance learning courses across more than 60 fields of study, training more than 200,000 individuals.
