Elk Range Mining has reported significant gold findings at its Friday Gold Project near Elk City, Idaho. Following these findings, the company completed its maiden diamond drill hole, 26FRD001, which reached a depth of 336.8 metres. This hole extended approximately 200 metres beyond historical drilling and revealed visible gold at multiple depths, including a veinlet exceeding 1cm in width at 233.8 metres. Assay results from this new drilling are expected in late October or early November 2026, while subsequent drilling operations are currently underway.
