Overview

The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, marking its 30th anniversary, is officially underway, running from August 27 through November 21. To celebrate the milestone, 30 returning or reimagined items—such as the Dumplings Trio from the China marketplace—are identifiable by a special icon in the official Foodie Guide.

In preparation for the event, Walt Disney World installed new dining surfaces throughout the World Showcase, including small shelves on railings near the Mexico, Germany, and Odyssey pavilions, as well as high-top tables to accommodate expected crowds. This follows the introduction of new solar-powered trash cans with curved designs.

The festival has expanded to include 38 unique food locations and 96 total items. While many Global Marketplaces are open, several booths follow a staggered opening schedule. ‘Festival Favorites’ begins September 9, and ‘The Wedge’—an interactive cheese-themed exhibit hosted by Dairy Does More at CommuniCore Hall—runs from September 18 through November 8. Other marketplaces, such as ‘Coastal Eats,’ ‘Earth Eats,’ ‘India,’ and ‘The Alps,’ are scheduled to debut in October.

Beyond dining, the festival features the refreshed ‘Eat to the Beat’ concert series, with performers including a Motown tribute show and the band Hanson. New seasonal merchandise is also available, including apparel, kitchen utensils, and items inspired by Pixar’s Luca. Guests can access various pavilions across the World Showcase, alongside standalone locations like the Brew-Wing Lab and Gyozas of the Galaxy.
