Additionally, Hapoel Jerusalem has submitted an initial framework proposal for a long-term franchise.

Following a meeting in Cernobbio on October 6, thirteen shareholder clubs officially decided to proceed with the strategic transformation, agreeing to begin converting current ten-year licenses into a franchise model.
