Fatal traffic accidents involving Malaysian police officers

Overview

Two separate fatal traffic accidents involving former or current police officers have been reported in Malaysia.

In Klang, a 41-year-old corporal from the Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Division died after his motorcycle grazed a lorry tire and he lost control on Jalan Kebun. In a separate incident in Kota Marudu, a 63-year-old retired officer died following a collision between his car and a four-wheel-drive vehicle during a turn on a slippery road.
