Overview

The Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories (TJDFT) has initiated a registration period for creditors seeking direct settlement agreements for court-ordered debts, known as precatórios, issued against the Federal District or its indirect administration entities.

Coordinated by the Precatórios Conciliation Coordination (Coorpre), the program offers a 40% discount on the updated value of the titles. The initiative applies to common or food-related court-ordered debts issued within TJDFT processes, provided they have not been assigned to third parties or used for tax compensation.

Creditors must apply electronically through the PGDF-Concilia Portal via a lawyer with a power of attorney registered within the last 60 days. Those lacking legal representation may seek help from the Public Defender's Office of the Federal District (DPDF). The deadline for applications is September 18. Priority for settlements is determined by criteria including age over 60, disability, serious illness, debt value, and alphabetical order.
