In Ceilândia, a custody agent for the Civil Police of the Federal District (PCDF) was arrested after allegedly threatening a commercial worker with two firearms following a traffic dispute. On October 20, a female suspect involved in the theft surrendered to police at the 2nd Police Station in Asa Norte. Before executing the temporary arrest warrant, the PCDF consulted the Regional Electoral Court of the Federal District (TRE-DF) to ensure compliance with Article 236 of the Electoral Code regarding election-period detentions. The TRE-DF confirmed the suspect has no electoral registration, permitting her immediate arrest. This follows a previous police operation on October 15 that utilized three temporary arrest warrants and six search and seizure warrants across the Federal District and neighboring municipalities in Goiás.
