The system’s operational capacity has scaled significantly, moving from an average of 1.5 million daily operations to a peak of 10.4 million transactions in a single day in October 2026. Participation from financial entities has also expanded from approximately 25 to 245, with notable growth in the savings and credit cooperative sector.

As of October 2026, data indicates that 81% of the system’s users utilize their mobile numbers as digital keys. Despite this widespread adoption, cybersecurity experts have raised concerns regarding increasing risks, specifically citing “social engineering and fraudulent digital receipts.”
