Addressing pressures in the Red Sea, Bab el-Mandeb, the Strait of Hormuz, and the Black Sea, Albudaiwi stated that GCC nations are strengthening resilience through investments in ports, pipelines, railways, and strategic reserves. He advocated for increased cooperation to mitigate risks to maritime transport and urged that the transport of food, fertilizer, and fuel be prioritized during periods of disruption.
