Factors contributing to under-hydration include the misinterpretation of bodily signals, with nearly one-third of individuals failing to recognize fatigue or hunger as signs of thirst. Additionally, 45 percent of people choose coffee as their first morning beverage, and 23 percent of working professionals cite structural barriers to drinking water during the workday.
