Overview

These efforts include warning residents about fraudulent overseas job recruitment scams and collaborating with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to educate migrants on the risks of human trafficking, gender-based violence, and sexual abuse. Officials emphasized that border security must prioritize the safety and dignity of individuals alongside the monitoring of movement.
