Graylark Technologies Raven AI geolocation development

Overview

Graylark Technologies has developed Raven AI, a tool formerly known as GeoSpy, designed to geolocate specific properties using visual clues from indoor or outdoor photographs. Rather than relying on GPS metadata, the technology analyzes unique features such as room structures, surface colors, wall tile shapes, and common household objects to match images against databases of real estate and short-term rental listings like Airbnb, Zillow, and Vrbo.

The tool includes a Short-Term Rental ID feature capable of searching millions of global listings. Law enforcement agencies, including the Los Angeles Police Department and the Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office, have already begun adopting the technology to establish investigative leads. Founder Daniel Heinen has secured $10.7 million in funding for the project.
