Overview

The Great Pyramid of Cholula is commemorating 95 years of systematic archaeological exploration. To mark the anniversary, a special edition of the magazine Arqueología Mexicana, titled ‘Cholula. La Gran Pirámide. Registros, mitos y enigmas’, was presented.

Following this, San Andrés Cholula inaugurated a temporary exhibition titled “A 95 años del inicio de las exploraciones de la Gran Pirámide de Cholula. 1931 – 2026.” Organized in coordination with the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH), the exhibition features historical and contemporary records from 1931 to 2026.
