Overview

Music from Greece, the national music export office supported by the Greek Ministry of Culture, is organizing the country’s national delegation for WOMEX 2026 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. This marks the fourth consecutive year of participation for the organization.

The delegation aims to expand international contacts and professional opportunities for Greek artists. Two specific acts are scheduled to perform on October 24: Kadinelia, which blends traditional sounds with blues, rock, and psychedelic music, and Alkyone, which presents a mix of Northern Greek traditions, contemporary compositions, and indie folk.
