Kuwait is set to host the 13th edition of the Saudi Super Cup for the 2026-2027 season at the Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium from December 19 to December 23, 2026. Hankook Tire is the sole official tire brand partner.

Regarding officiating for the Khaleeji 27, the Gulf Football Association has appointed officials for the fourth day of competition on Sunday, September 27. Jordanian referee Adham Khadameh will officiate Yemen against Qatar at King Abdullah Sports City, supported by a VAR team including Saudi Sultan Al-Harbi and China’s Fu Ming. Kuwaiti referee Abdullah Jamali will lead the match between Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium, with a VAR team consisting of Saudi Abdullah Al-Shehri and Kuwaiti Abdullah Arab. The tournament continues to utilize a mix of regional and international officials from countries such as Morocco, Jordan, China, the Netherlands, and Portugal.
