Hapvida is executing a transformation agenda led by CEO Luccas Adib, who assumed leadership in April. These efforts leverage Hapvida’s integrated model, which combines health insurance plans with its own network of medical providers.

Financial analysts at UBS have initiated coverage of the company with a neutral recommendation. While noting that current stock prices may reflect existing difficulties, analysts suggest that concrete evidence of operational recovery is necessary. A significant potential value driver identified is a tax asset of approximately R$ 30.8 billion in goodwill from the 2022 merger with NotreDame Intermédica, though the company must generate sufficient profit to utilize this asset for reducing corporate income tax and social contributions.
