These companies have pledged to take over employees at the acquired sites, subject to antitrust approval.

For the remaining 68 locations where no buyer has been found, operations are expected to cease by the end of November 2026. The restructuring also impacts corporate headquarters in Dortmund and Munich (Garching), where approximately 340 jobs will be lost. Overall, the insolvency affects approximately 4,200 jobs in Germany. In Austria, the restructuring has resulted in the permanent closure of Hellweg branches in Graz-Raaba and Fürstenfeld, leading to the loss of 44 jobs. Approximately 50,000 products are being liquidated via online auctions organized by Aurena.
