Henry Zankov Spring 2027 fashion collections

Henry Zankov has debuted his first Spring/Summer 2027 collection as the artistic director for Diane von Furstenberg (DVF). The runway show, held on Manhattan’s High Line, marked the brand’s return to New York Fashion Week after nearly ten years.

Zankov’s designs for DVF focused on the concept of ‘body language,’ utilizing fluid fabrics like jersey, chiffon, and satin to emphasize movement. The collection modernized the house’s visual vocabulary by blending archival elements, such as leopard prints, with a Studio 54-era sensibility and bold colors including tomato red and peacock blue. While the brand’s iconic wrap dress was featured, Zankov introduced new interpretations such as ballerina tops and scarf-like panels.

In addition to his work for DVF, Zankov presented his own label's Spring 2027 collection during the same fashion week. This collection drew inspiration from 1960s aesthetics and the Russian Space Race, featuring chrome patent leather accents and solar system prints created in collaboration with artist Phillipine de Richmont Tunstall.
