Overview

During the Michelin GT Challenge at Virginia International Raceway, Pfaff Motorsports secured a victory in the GTD PRO class. Drivers Andrea Caldarelli and Sandy Mitchell, piloting the No. 9 Lamborghini Temerario GT3, led 69 of the 84 laps to earn their second consecutive win.

Despite the Lamborghini win, the GTD PRO championship standings remain highly competitive. Paul Miller Racing maintains the top position in the championship following a fifth-place finish by Neil Verhagen and Connor De Phillippi. Corvette Racing remains second in the Drivers Championship and holds the lead in the Manufacturers standings after a sixth-place finish by Tommy Milner and Nicky Catsburg.

The race was also marked by a significant first-lap crash involving the No. 3 Corvette, which resulted in a Full Course Yellow and required medical attention for driver Alexander Sims.
