General Seth also met with India's Ambassador to Russia, Vinay Kumar, to discuss measures for enhancing bilateral defence ties. The overarching goal of the engagement remains transitioning the India-Russia relationship from a buyer-seller model toward joint research, development, and production of advanced defence technologies.
