Facilitated through the Village Cash for Work (PKTD) program and guided by Minister of Villages Regulation Number 16 of 2025, this policy targets the unemployed, female heads of households, and impoverished families. The initiative aims to provide affordable protection for high-risk informal workers, such as farm laborers, while increasing social security literacy in rural areas.
