On September 16, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov participated in a session titled ‘New World Architecture: An Open Dialogue with Sergey Lavrov’. During his address, Lavrov discussed the formation of a multipolar world and issued warnings regarding European security. He stated that if Europe were to attack Russia, it would result in a ‘completely different war’ that would be ‘very short’. Regarding the conflict in Ukraine, Lavrov asserted that a resolution requires achieving the goals set at the beginning of the ‘special military operation’ and maintained that Russia remains open to negotiations at any location acceptable to the participants.
