Additionally, Inspector Kenneth Kipkemboi Sang was arrested in Eldoret. Authorities allege Sang coordinated the attacks on both Mbobu and Dr. Mutiso, identifying Constable Julius Cheruiyot as the alleged gunman in the Mbobu case and Constable Elijah Kibelion Kimoi as the shooter in the Mutiso case.
