Italian education programmes 2025‑2026

In the 2025‑2026 cycle Italy rolled out a series of education and training initiatives targeting both teachers and young residents. The Province of Trento, together with the TSM‑ADM Accademia della Montagna, organised a three‑day teacher‑training course under the eighteenth edition of the “Scuola e Montagna” project, focusing on alpine environments, climate change and territorial management. Parallel mountain‑focused sessions were run by the Club Alpino Italiano at a secondary school, and a landscape‑oriented program at the Scuola di Paesaggio “Emilio Sereni” engaged students, architects and public officials.

At the municipal level, Cascina (Tuscany) opened registrations for a summer youth project, “Ci sto? Affare Fatica!”, offering teenagers short‑term work on public‑space maintenance and a small voucher for local businesses. In Livorno, the Cespuglio Ecosistema Teatrale announced theatre workshops for adolescents, expanding its curriculum with monologue and narrative‑theatre courses.

Together, these initiatives illustrate a coordinated effort across Italian regions to combine environmental education, cultural activities and community work for teachers and young people during the 2025‑2026 period.
