During the forum, officials from Argentina and Colombia engaged with Japanese authorities and corporations to discuss reform plans, productivity, and innovation. Specifically, Colombia is working to revitalize its Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) with Japan. The expanded alliance between Japan and the IDB seeks to mobilize up to US$14 billion in financing for the Latin American and Caribbean regions.
