Japanese 2026 video game releases

In July 2026 Japanese publisher Parta Games announced two retro‑style titles for modern consoles: *Choppa: Rescue Rivals* for a Japan‑only Nintendo Switch launch on 13 August, and a reissue of the 1997 simulation *The Convenience Store ~Dominate the Town~* for Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5 on 23 July.
