Japanese chestnut dessert launches and exhibitions
Overview
Juchheim and Ishii Food Co., Ltd. announced a collaboration under their ‘Slash Zero Lab’ project to produce additive-free desserts. The initiative features a limited release of 10,000 ‘Japanese Chestnut Kinton Mont Blanc’ units, scheduled for October 10 at select locations in Japan, including Tokyo, Osaka, and Kobe.
The dessert utilizes high-quality, ‘non-standard’ Japanese chestnuts from Ishii Food that lack bleaching or coloring agents. The product is designed with eight layers of flavor, incorporating two types of chestnut cream, cassis, and nuts.
In conjunction with these product launches, the Hanshin Umeda Main Store in Osaka is hosting the ‘Hanshin Mont Blanc Exhibition Vol. 3’ from October 7 to October 12. This event showcases nine different shops from across Japan, offering various chestnut-themed sweets ranging from casual items to premium desserts.
