K-MEDI Hub medical industry partnerships
Overview
The K-MEDI Hub (Daegu-Gyeongbuk Advanced Medical Industry Foundation) has entered into several strategic partnerships to advance South Korea’s medical and biotechnology sectors.
Initially, the K-MEDI Hub signed a memorandum of understanding with the Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST) to combine basic science research with medical verification infrastructure. This partnership focuses on accelerating the development and commercialization of core technologies through joint research and the exchange of personnel.

One partnership with New Cancer Cure Bio aims to support the development and production of the pancreatic cancer drug KN510713, specifically assisting with Phase 2 clinical trials. A second agreement with Kyung Hee University College of Dentistry focuses on strengthening research and development for dental medical products and biomaterials.
