Overview
La Fabril has introduced Girasol Alto Oleico in Ecuador, a new sunflower oil variety characterized by a high natural content of oleic acid (Omega 9). Developed through traditional, non-transgenic genetic improvement, the oil is designed for high-temperature cooking and frying.
