Overview
The Government of La Rioja has completed a major restoration project at the Monasterio de Yuso in San Millán de la Cogolla. Funded by approximately 2.85 million euros from European Next Generation funds, the work focused on improving accessibility and long-term maintenance for the UNESCO World Heritage site.
Alongside these conservation efforts, regional president Gonzalo Capellán launched the ‘AutorIA’ initiative. This project intends to combine artificial intelligence and data analysis with the preservation of La Rioja’s historical legacy, using digital tools to organize information and enhance public and researcher access to cultural content.
